+What are the Afterschool hours?
Afterschool runs Monday–Friday, 2:05 PM – 6:00 PM. It includes snack & social time, homework help, and martial arts training.
+What's included in the Afterschool program?
Daily school pickups, snack & social time, homework help & study time, martial arts training with certified instructors, and Day Camps on no-school days.
+What ages do you accept?
Ages 3 to Adult. In our group classes, personalized attention ensures every student receives the support they need to thrive.

After School Program

A variety of enriching programs — martial arts classes, homework help, healthy snacks, and engaging activities — in a safe and nurturing environment.
+Who supervises the children?
Our team of experienced staff members, with backgrounds in education and martial arts, creates a supportive and encouraging atmosphere dedicated to every child's well-being and development.
+Are snacks provided?
Yes. We provide healthy snacks to keep your child energized throughout the afternoon if they forget their snacks or run out.
+What activities are offered besides martial arts?
Arts and crafts projects, plus a wide range of engaging activities for children of all ages — opportunities to explore new interests and develop skills.
Summer Camp

June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM — ten weeks of adventure.
+Is transportation included for field trips?
Yes. Our camp includes transportation to all field trips.
+What field trips are planned?
Ninja Kidz, Water Parks, Funzone, Palm Beach Zoo, Calypso Bay and more.
+What activities happen at camp?
Martial Arts, Tumbling, Pokémon Battle, Nerf Battle, Arts & Crafts, Outdoor Sports, Foam Parties, Obstacle Courses, and Water Balloon Toss.
+How do I enroll?
Sign up online via our enrollment form or call 561-336-5554 to reserve your child's spot.
Birthday Parties

Three packages: Ninja Party (90 minutes, up to 15 guests), Warrior Party (2 hours, up to 20 guests — our most popular), and Champion Party (2.5 hours, up to 25 guests — the ultimate Empower experience).
+What's included in the Warrior Party?
Full martial arts class for all guests, sparring gear demo + safety drills, board-breaking for every guest, custom Empower party favor for the birthday child, and a reserved party room for cake & gifts.
+What's included in the Champion Party?
Private use of the academy, themed obstacle course + tournament, board-breaking + sparring showcase, Empower T-shirt for the birthday child, and a dedicated party host plus setup/cleanup.
+How do I book a party?
Call or text 561-336-5554 to check date availability, confirm pricing, and lock in your party. We typically book 2–3 weekends in advance during the school year.
